Says it all. Easy to set up and very load ring and voice. Clear display and big bottoms. Doesn’t need to remember to charge it just puts it in the supplied cradle when she goes to bed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick delivery *by A***R on 18 September 2019* Quick delivery. Texting is bit of a pain, but purchased mainly for spare ### ⭐ Texting not fit for purpose *by M***D on 10 February 2020* I'm really disappointed with this phone as in many ways it's perfect. I bought it for my mum who needs a simple phone with big buttons and this one is more attractive than many on the market. It feels nice in the hand and is easy to use for calls. However, it's completely awful for texting. Predictive text can only do every word in lower case or every word in upper case or every word with the first letter capitalised. Even my old Nokia 3310 used to automatically switch between Abc and abc for the first and subsequent words in a sentence. In addition, it's not possible to add words to the dictionary so proper names have to be added letter by letter each time. When using predictive text the optional words don't display on the main screen but rather in a ticker tape along the bottom so they're too small for her to read.
