A: Once opened use before the end of the best before date, Make sure you shake before every use.

**Q: Can it be used to write on cakes?**
A: It’s quite thick so ideally only for doing drips

**Q: Hi , can you put this on an ice cream cake or would in crack in the freezer?**
A: It should be okay in the freezer, we froze the cake to preserve it and the drips were still ok
