No power delivery pin connection means no power even at 5V for most devices.
I bought this product because I needed a 90-degree USB-C adapter to power a Raspberry Pi inside a very snug project enclosure. Unfortunately, when I received this, I determined that the product fails to pass the USB power delivery pin. As a result, that no USB-C power supply will provide power for the Pi, nor will my laptop. The only way to power it through this is using a "dumb" USB (2.0) power supply and a USB-to-USB-C cable. One extra wire. Just ONE extra wire would make this an ideal solution for that problem. But as it is, this is a total nightmare. And unfortunately, every other product on the market that meets the space requirements for this project has the same flaws. So I'm going to be forced to mark the USB-C ports on the outside of the device as "Power With Legacy USB Supply ONLY". What a joke. I understand you don't want people pulling high voltages at arbitrarily high current, and you can't fully comply with the USB-C spec, but not even being able to power a Pi without using a PD-unaware power supply? What could anybody possibly use this cable for?

Cable doesn't support usb-c to c connections
I bought this cable to connect a device in a tight spot to an OTG dongle that also supported power passthrough. When hooked up to this dongle no data or power is transmitted through this cable even though I have confirmed multiple times that the dongle works when the cable is not present. Also hooking this up to a usb-c type port on my laptop with a usb-c to usb-c cable results in neither charging or data, however a usb-a to usb-c cable does work for both data and charging. I'm guessing this cable is missing some controller chip, making it essentially useless for my intended use case.
