A: The Nutrimill dough hook is solid stainless steel. The Bosch dough hook is burnished metal. I highly recommend the SS version. I don’t understand why it’s cheaper?

Works well but really no better than the plastic add-on paddle. It is functional and one solid piece of nicely finished metal....For new Bosch owners , the plastic add-on paddle or this product greatly improve the Bosch performance!!!

The Bosch is amazing for big batch mixing. But when you just want to do a single loaf of bread, not so much. This dough hook improves that so much. I'm really happy with it. It's still not PERFECT. But it's a big leap forward. If you want to use your Bosch for big batches AND small batches? This will make you so happy.
