Faber Castel-Polychromous Colored Pencil Set In Metal Tin. Color pencils can be laid down with delicate or strong strokes to unfold their vibrant colors. The leads are bonded to prevent breakage. They can be perfectly combined with graphite pencils. This package contains sixty 3.8mm colored pencils in a wide range of colors within one 7-1/4x12-5/8x7/8 inch tin case. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Acid free. Imported.

A: The Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils are a good choice for adult coloring books. They have soft leads with very intense color that lays down easily onto the page.

**Q: For a newbie adult coloring book colorist, is it advisable to buy the 120 set?**
A: If you have the extra dollars for the 120 set, go for it... I have the 60 set and it's great, but sometimes I wish I got the 120 set when I'm on my coloring book

**Q: what tools would i use to blend?**
A: I blend these with a paintbrush dipped in baby oil.  Dab off the excess oil from your brush before blending.  I love the results

**Q: Do these have a strong smell?**
A: I have not noticed a strong smell of any kind.
