Pastel Premier Papers are great surfaces for a range of art materials: charcoal, color pencil and even oil paint. The paper is 100% Cotton, double primed and coated with an aluminum oxide, and a final seal coat. The paper is mounted onto a Conservation Panel that provides a sturdy base. It also eliminates taping or special mounting to have your final piece framed. Conservation Panels are a 4-ply white board that is acid free, buffered and has a neutral pH. This panel has Medium Grit White Pastel Premier Paper, measuring 11x14 inches. USA made.
