**Q: Is the serration really fine - does the blade snag when peeling, chopping or slicing ?**
A: I wouldn't say the serration was particularly fine ,however i personally have not found it to "snag" when peeling various fruit and veg.

**Q: Hi, How long is the blade without the gripping part?**
A: Hello Sorry fro the delay.....been on holiday. Measuring along the centre line of the blade from the point where it joints the handle to the tip of the blade, its length is 120mm, exactly as the manufacturer says.  (Sorry for the mm but we went metric about 30 years ago!!). Tony H

**Q: it says made in U.K. in the text but doesn’t say this on the actual blade so how am I to be certain it’s British made?**
A: I didn't appreciate this was made in the UK . Wherever it was made it is an excellent peeler / blade .

**Q: Any good for cutting bread?**
A: I have never used it to cut bread, but it may well. I use it for slicing up veg/potatoes/meat etc. Hope this is helpful.
