I bought this metal case to replace a plastic iPad Air case that broke at the corner. This aluminium case is sturdy yet thin and fits the iPad Air perfectly. It covers the sides of the iPad not just the corners; however, the back is not completely covered, as shown in pictures, there is a circular cut out to display the Apple logo. I would have preferred the back to be completely covered, but the cut out works and looks cool. This is not a cheap plastic product, I paid $12 for my old case and for only $8 more, I was able to upgrade to this superior product.
