Has been key in keeping my daughter's pain and swelling down after tonsillectomy. Love having a back up set of ice packs, easy to change out.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted a week ago and had this ordered on the Friday following the surgery. While it may look a bit silly, it works wonders. For the first few times I used it, it did smell a bit like a Sharpie marker, but it soon goes away with use (about 5 days after continuously using it). The velcro allows for easy adjustability, and the soft blue fabric and mesh makes it comfortable and non-invasive. When used on the head, the gel packs cover the lower cheek to the temples. The gel packs have a tendency to cool down to room temperature very quickly, but they're only supposed to be used 20-30 minutes at a time anyways. Since it comes with 4 gel packs, you can easily switch back and forth between the hot and cold compresses to easily reduce swelling and/or inflammation. However, it does take a bit of getting used to putting the gel packs in the wrap itself; you gotta forcefully smoosh them in there most of the time, they don't like to easily slide right in. This product is a useful, hands-off hot and cold compress that can be used for various parts of the body (though I only use it for my head).

Worked very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. This was perfect after wisdom teeth removal. I would definitely recommend to have for anyone needing wisdom teeth removal surgery.

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth out Friday, but I read an article that said this was their saving grace after the procedure. I am here to say that is an understatement this is BY FAR THE BEST money I have EVER spent on an ice pack it’s so comfortable that I have fallen asleep with it on and it has made recovery far more tolerable in the Michigan summer humidity. My cheeks swelled a little bit I am far less chipmunk then I should be because of this little gem. Thank you so much for making such an easy to use and comfortable product I can’t wait to try this with heat for low back or even period cramps. I imagine it will be perfect for that as well. I cannot say thank you enough this product has made what was supposed to be a very difficult time much easier now if only I could wear it at work and not get strange looks I would be set. But it will give me something to lol forward to when I finish my 8 to 10 hour days with an achey and swollen jaw.

Build of fabric is really low quality, but is perfect for my TMJ issues when my jaw muscles are very tense.

EXCELLENT ITEM. Worked perfect after I had an Implant Procedure done. Easier than using regular Ice Pack since you can simply refreeze packets rather than refilling. 20 mins on, 20 mins off. Works eve better when alternated with full face mask gel ice pack.

This was a godsend for my husband when he had his wisdom teeth removed.

Perfect for wisdom tooth extractions

I got this because I had really bad wisdom tooth pain and swelling, and it honestly helped so much. The wrap is comfy and stays in place so I could just relax without holding an ice pack to my face. The gel packs stay cold for a while and with 2 of them, I could swap them out easily. Made a big difference with the pain and swelling 👌🏼
