So far I have had the product for almost a week now and I have been using them as instructed. The suppositories are capsulated and easy to insert, I struggled with BV and the smell and irritation went away after the first night! I am amazed at the results, the bottle says to use it for 7 days which I plan to do. I insert them the same time every night and yes I had sex the second day and it was no issue for either of us. The daily oral capsules did make me nauseous the first few days but I assume that’s normal considering it’s to help my immune system. I will continue to use the products for the remainder of the month and try to update my review but so far it is great! I give the smell a 4/5 because it is a noticeable smell but nothing smelly or fishy, just different. Also, the discharge is white. The capsules are just as pictured, both in plastic capsules. I take the immune capsule once in the morning with breakfast and once at night with dinner. I find that vitamins work better for me that way. I hope this helps and encourages you to try this.
