Used it when we went to our tornado cellar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is similar to the much lower priced Harbor Freight light, this one has better features *by M***C on January 27, 2019* There is a very similar looking unit to one that is sold by Harbor Freight. This one however has two additional features. Exclusive to this is a flashing red feature of the COB panel and a LED flashlight feature on the end where the switch is on the Harbor Freights light. The end switch is relocated to the body under the COB panel on this flashlight. This unit comes with general use batteries not Alkaline. The Harbor Freight Unit comes with Alkaline batteries.Ultimately if it is worth the price premium over the Harbor Freight Unit which costs $ 7 is if the additional features are worth it and the price you have to pay for this one. The Harbor Freight flashlight on occasion goes on sale for $ 5 and this flashlight recently (Jan 19) is sold at Walmart for 8.92. It really comes down to price. When both are loaded with Alkaline batteries the Harbor Freight and this flashlight put out the same amount of light from the COB panel even though this is advertised as 400 lumens and the harbor freight is listed at 215 lumens. My guess is that the lower figure is more accurate. As sold the Harbor Freight is actually brighter because it is delivered including Alkaline batteries which will produce a higher output.All that said, this is a very useful light. The magnet in the base is strong enough to attach the flashlight to sheet metal steel upside down and even parallel to the ground. The COB section gives off plenty of light to walk around a room or outdoors without stepping on something. It is very defuse which is nice for lighting up an area. The addition of the LED flash light gives the ability to light up a more controlled space and get a farther reach when necessary.
