The first one arrived broken but they were very responsive and sent a new one. My only complaint is that the whole process took a bit longer than I wanted but in the end it's a nice little bench and serves the purpose I needed.

Got this bench for my small foyer and needed storage. It can hold my winter boots and all my scarves/hats/gloves. Very sturdy -- I can even sit on it and I am on the plus side. Love the color -- so much that I am painting the trim in that room and the coatrack the same color -- plus they kindly sent a small bottom of matching paint for touch-ups. Just too that to the local hardware big box store and tey color matched a larger amount for me to the do the trim. Highly recommend this seller!
