**Q: Will this fit 6.0 ls?**
A: Yes I have it on a lq4 6.0

**Q: does it include thermostat?**
A: Received mine 8-18-2014, no water outlet or thermostat.

**Q: Is this a ls1 style or ls2 style pump? Im aware that it will fit both buy there are differences.**
A: I used it on my Ls1 F body engine in a 1967 Camaro.

**Q: Will this water pump line up with truck accesories or will i need to install spacers on pump?**
A: My understanding is this pump is for corvettes with short accessory drive,  trucks are long accessory drive.
