The package arrived well before the date it said it would and it came with tools for taking apart your iphone and putting it back together. That was an unexpected bonus. I would have given it 5 stars but I already see a little crack in the case. It's very minor and I don't think it will be an issue. Its the same spot my original case cracked very badly so maybe I am just hard on my phone in that spot.
