I am now a black belt and I threw everything I had at it and it survived like it was nothing! One problem with it is it did no come filled but it was not a big deal. I filled it with old clothes and sand and it performs really well. The last issue is that there was some minor ripping where the chains attach to the bad and the surface of the bag is a little rough but otherwise it is an amazing product! After a few sessions the sand and clothes compressed so I was able to add additional layers for a total of about 125 lbs (2x50 LB bags of sand and 25lbs of clothes). It has kept its shape and held up so far (10+ sessions). The black vinyl ripped at the connection points, but the actual straps are reinforced in the canvas, so it is purely cosmetic. Very happy with the purchase especially at this price. **Q: How Can you make it bigger** A: The size is preset and cannot be change **Q: Sand? How about a course sawdust. From a 3/8" chainsaw. Its not as heavy/packable as sand and it gives a little cushion- it wont hurt after workouts** A: Tbh don’t know but why not? just have it portioned in individual bag **Q: Would this bag hold up to sand? How long will this last with constant use?** A: It should hold sand and maybe even some gravel in the bottom. Just be sure to pack it in another bag (trash bag, potato sack) and slide it into this one.
