It is not made for the LC2 ALICE frame, but for the older LC1 frame which doesn't look anything like the "modern" one. I had to have the back pad cut in the middle and put eyelets on either side so I could lace it to fit - a pointless modification, given the cost. This pack will only fit halfway down an ALICE frame - the bottom half was left empty for a sleeping bag/radio/ammo/etc. to be strapped on. It's pre LC2 Vietnam era and rather smaller. **Q: How many liters of capacity?** A: It is 23.8595652 liters **Q: do the shoulder straps have the quick release snap and clip set up?** A: No, no straps at all.
