It's only a fabric mesh stuck to the frame. **Q: How many holes per square inch?** A: Not sure we bought to keep flys wasps and bees out of kitchen and it worked **Q: I have windows that open inwards and at the top. Can I put the netting inside on the frame or will it get stuck to window ‘door’ when fully open?** A: hmm works best with windows that open outwards so can put fairly flat on frame. Cant see how it would work on inside opening window. Slightest gap and the little blighters find it.
