I returned it without installing after realizing this unit does not turn the water on/off for the shower. It is only a shower head replacement. I thought the bottom knob in the images would control the main water line, and a second feature would direct the water to the handle/body sprayer/head. I was incorrect. I’m sure I overlooked that in the produce description. Still a nice unit, so it gets 5 start. I can’t dock the product for my own ignorance. Review: Nice affordable upgrade for showerhead, providing a wand - This was the best solution for us to provide a wand (hand shower) with our shower without breaking open the tile. We glued the holder onto the wall and mounted the panel on our previous shower head attachment. No drilling! :-D So far it has performed well. Minus one star because 1) on the parts list #7 (flow regulator) is listed but not present or otherwise mentioned. It is probably already attached to the panel...but that is confusing and delayed our project as we sought solutions. 2) Assembly diagram shows several items to attach (pg 4-9) for the hand shower, but no directions when to connect it during assembly. 3) The model number VS1205 is common to various versions, which is also confusing because multiple videos refer to it but are about different panels. Overall we are happy with the panel. looks good and having a wand is very helpful.
