**Q: What type of software do i need to make the ximimark 1pcs usb camera work with my raspberry pi 3 ?**
A: None.

**Q: I see this is for pi3 will it also work on a pi 400? i am using octopi and need a usb camera for my 3d printer.**
A: It should work.  I imagine the "pi3" is the minimum hardware requirement.  I'll warn that the attached cord is very short.  Video is okay, but not great.

**Q: what is the length of the usb cable?**
A: A little over 2 feet.  About 28 inches.

The camera is extremely zoomed in and there is no way to zoom it out, it is impossible to sit far enough back to actually use the camera for virtual meetings. Useless and didn't help at all.

It works, but the image quality is so weak, about the only thing it's good for would be recording grainy security footage for a crime movie where you can see that someone did something but can't make out any specific details.
