I ordered a set of these back when I purchased my camera. One day I put my camera in a bag with a lens. The lens tripod mount gouged big gashes in the screen protector. I thought for sure my display would be damaged beyond repair. I was afraid to look. Surprisingly, when I eventually got the courage to remove the protector and look at the screen it was in perfect condition. I am sooooooo glad that I put these protectors on my display. It would have cost a fortune to send the camera to canon to get repaired.
