I work in advertising, so this book both entertained and enlightened me. The characters parallel my agency colleagues so well that as I read each email, I could picture a specific person in my office writing it. And yes, I can see bits of myself in the hippie copywriter *cheeky grin* I think it's quite clever how Matt painted such clear portraits of everyone just by using their emails. Beautifully done.
