It all should have come in the same package. If you did not receive these items and you were supposed to then contact Amazon or the Seller and they will fix the error.

Where do I learn about these boards? are there trace lines or only solder points? What are the points on the 2 edges for?

You can use these boards for just about anything. They are prototyping boards for designing your own circuits or using templates to make circuits. There are many YouTube videos to show you how to utilize them. There are no trace lines so you can add your own or you can simply solder the holes together to make your own lines. The points on the edges are called solder pads where you can solder switches, power points, or various other components that you don't want/need to go through to the other side (component side) of the board giving you more options for your circuits. What size screws/nuts and bolts fit through the mounting holes in each corner?

They would be small, not sure exact size, but common size throughout circuit board mounting specs.
