If you can stick with the plan, you should be able to lose weight. However, the reason I gave it a three stars is because it's over-priced. If you search amazon, you should be able to find (1) salt $4.5 (2) maple syrup $15.5 (3) spicy powder probably $3 and two boxes of tea won't be more than $15. I think it's a ripped off charging $75.
