I read a lot of the other reviews and was skeptical but it is average in size - if you are hoping to cover your ears this is not the one for you. Also, the plastic is a bit fragile so make sure not to over heat - The heat last as long as your typical mask - If you are looking for more than 20 min probably should get an electric heater.
