I have found it to be an invaluable resource. Sonography requires critical thinking and a lot of imagination. As a student, you must cast your mind back to the first scanning sessions and you realized that you mounted a rodeo horse for a wild ride. It takes time to become a good sonographer. Having the Saunders Guide at hand gives you the assurance that you are providing timely, reliable, critical information to your Sonologist/Radiologist. There are no markups in the book. A few pages in the back of the book seem loose but it doesn’t effect any of the chapters. Overall, good experience.
