Fill 'em with water, put in the freezer, and an hour or so lateryou get ice; what a concept!! Since all ice cube trays make ice, the only other question is how easy is it to remove the cubes. These particular trays are by far the best I've seen when it comes to getting those cubes out of the trays.Bend them, twist them, you don't have to excerpt much energy - they come out very easily. They are so easy to use that I actually bought a second set. I've seen a lot of trays that promise easy ice removal but you wind up having to perform some kind of "ice tray gymnastics" to get just 2 or 3 cubes to fall out. If you're ok with medium size cubes than these trays are for you. And they come with a handy rectangle shape ice bucket which stores plenty of cubes. And as I wrap up this review I can't believe I could write these many words about an ice cube tray.
