## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I dim the lights?**
A: Yes. One button controls 4 brightness levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. Short press to cycle through levels; long press to turn on or off.

**Q: How do I fix it to the wall?**
A: No stand or adhesive is included. Use transparent tape, nails, suction cups, or hooks to secure the vine to your wall or window.

**Q: Is it safe near humid areas or accidental splashes?**
A: The outer wrap provides splash resistance, so accidental splashes roll off the surface. It is suitable for humid spots and covered patios, but is not rated for immersion.

**Q: The branches look compressed when it arrived — is that normal?**
A: Yes. The branches are bent into a compact shape for shipping. Simply spread and bend them back into your preferred form — tree, drape, or any shape you like.
