Review: Love the set! - Great set. More than enough tools to get started and explore new techniques. Bought for a co-op class and love that they are colorful and come with a bag for safe keeping. Helps with organization. Attached is one of my 4th grade students first pieces.
Review: Good Value for Mandala Projects - This product is good for mandala projects. The acrylic dowels are thick, crisp/flat bottomed & aesthetically pleasing. The metal balls are a little heavier as you increase in size, but that is expected, as they are metal. They are perfect size for the hands. Considering these are my first 2 mandala projects, they came out pretty good & worked well. The white paint holder is thin plastic - nothing to rave about. The blue bag had some white bended/crease points inside - low quality bag, but it's a bad and it does it's job of holding everything in so no complaints. Pros: easy of use, crisp dowels, good quality, good price. Cons: the set smells pretty strong when you open it of chemical. I let it air out & wiped everything down with alcohol wipes & the scent went away.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the acrylic rods sturdy enough to roll out polymer clay?**
A: I think the larger ones would work, especially with a softer polymer clay (like Sculpey as opposed to Fimo). The blue-handled ones are slightly tacky and grippy, and I think you’d run into difficulty getting a smooth surface on your clay. Th smallest ones I could definitely see some application for, if you do sculpting work with your clay, for detailed carving.

**Q: What kind of paint is used?**
A: I used acrylic paint with the mandala dotting tools.

**Q: Does this come with stencils?**
A: Yes, it comes with one stencil, which is great as an outline, but it's so easy to find ideas on line. We brought this art at to a huge family function and everyone, from the young to the old loved this set.

**Q: My set only had two of the three shown clear rods. Is it supposed to contain 8 total?**
A: I have 3 clear rods for a total of 8
