It is nice and light, the handles feel good to grip, and the pouch it comes with is great for storing it in my gym bag. Easy to adjust for your height and does not slip/have not needed to readjust it. It does tend to get tangled if you don't have it positioned *just so* in your hands (it does not always spin freely); hard to do 50 reps unbroken without it getting tangled but works for me as a beginner using it only once every other week or so when it's a part of my CrossFit workout, and also not minding broken reps/brief breaks at the moment.
