It is very well done. John Hickey is also good at demonstrating and explaining the basic hand movements of shiatsu. Unfortunately though there are not many complete massage protocols on the video. He shows the basic opening sequence, but there is a lack of explanation of what to do after that. For example, he covers how to massage each meridian but it only totals like 15 min. That's only a tad bit more than a minute per meridian. This video left me wondering..."what now?" So if you companion this up with a good book on shiatsu I think the video is useful to show you the hand positioning and movements.
