I’ll give them 2 stars because it was delivered promptly and it was well-packaged. But man... there were so many problems with it! To begin with the latch was broken. Then the wood began splitting with each screw. The door, which you don’t put together, it’s already assembled in its frame, wouldn’t close properly. None of the wood was straight, every piece was warped, so the resulting structure Doesn’t sit flat. If you push one corner down the opposite one ends up with a gap large enough for my quail to just walk out of. For over $100 I wouldn’t ever buy this product again, nor will I bother with anything with the advantek brand name. ### ⭐⭐ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2017* The product did NOT come with the screws needed for assembly, as it was supposed to. Upon calling customer service, they said our only option was to either repackage it and send it back and get a new replacement that would hopefully include the screws, or I could pay SEVENTEEN DOLLARS for them to send the pack of screws that I ALREADY PAID FOR in order to put it together. There is also no information included regarding what type of screws should be used, and the customer service representative would not disclose that information, either. At this point, I am going to attempt to find compatible screws at our local hardware store and hope that they work well. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service, however, the product itself looks sturdy, and I hope I will be able to use it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rabbits love it! *by A***U on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2016* I bought this run for my rabbits to have a bit more freedom when I'm not home, and I really like it. And so do the rabbits, I think. I left one of the ends open and attached it to the hutch so that they can go in and out of the hutch and run around as much as they want. I like the fact that it opens from the top, as well.
