With a compact length of 19 inches and a lightweight design, this rocket is perfect for both new and seasoned rocketry enthusiasts. ## Description The Mozzie is a big upscale of the Estes Industries Mosquito rocket kit. The difference is that this is one rocket that won't get lost in the grass. It is BIG! If you want to launch yourself into bigger rockets, this one makes a good first step. For one thing, it can stand up to a lot of punishment. It has thick-walled body tubes, plywood fins and centering rings, and an 18" diameter nylon cloth parachute. It also features through-the-wall fin tabs, so these fins are not going to let go if the rocket has a harder-than-normal landing. Because of its toughness and low weight, this rocket is very forgiving if you insert the wrong engine ejection delay. This rocket can take almost every kind of F and G size motor available. The Mozzie kit is one of those simple to assemble rockets that goes together very quick. It comes with high quality components that make it a pleasure to build. When you're done, you'll be wishing there was more to it because it was so fun. The simple paint scheme is another joyful aspect you'll encounter when you're done with the build.
