I even overcooked a pork roast that got burnt on there pretty good and all I did was soak it in a little bit of soapy water for a few minutes and then I used an SOS pad on it and it cleaned right up. I actually had to soak it twice and use the SOS pad twice, but it cleaned up just like brand new and that's on me, because I burnt the roast. Even after all of that, they still look shiny and new. I use the little one in my toaster oven a lot for like reheating one piece of chicken and baking potatoes. I love that this set came with three different sizes and it was such a good price. They were delivered in perfect condition. Mine did not come damaged. I have used them in my toaster oven, and I have used them in my big oven to make a big sheet of chicken thighs and they have not warped. ("thick", "good", "nice", "heavy", etc are not real answers).** A: Item description says 18/0. **Q: Will these hold up in a grill?** A: They are very nice, stainless steel and heavy duty. They should hold up just fine **Q: Are they dishwasher safe?** A: In the advertising it states that they need to be washed by hand to maintain the integrity of the stainless steel. I washed mine in the dishwasher and now all of this metally film appears on the metal and the stainless steel appears to be oxidized and discolored. I won't use them again.
