I just purchased the rose ell grey in a tin which I also purchased last year but in the pink pk'g-it was bettter-why are they different tea leaves?

The lockdowns in Sri Lanka where our Ceylon come from has affected our producers. We had a small batch of Dimbula BOP instead of OP. It is the same tea. OP means whole leaf and BOP is a mix of broken and entire leaves. To get similar results reduce the infusion time of your broken leaves to two minutes. We are back to normal now.

What type of cinnamon?

Cinnamon pieces. See photo on listing. Cinnamon is grown in Sri Lanka.
