This product solved all my problems. For high places I attach a broom stick to the adapter and easily remove light bulbs 10 feet in the air. The grip is fantastic. Also, I use it in tight places where it is most difficult to grip the light bulb and there is a high potential of breaking the bulb because you have to use excessive pressure in order to grip the bulb. It is so tight you cannot wear gloves for protection if the light bulb breaks. This product worked perfectly with no danger of breaking the bulb on top of making it so easy to remove it. In closing, the product is well designed and well built. I have been using it for @ 6 months and plan on using it whenever I change a light bulb. I believe you will be pleased with your purchase.

**Q: My home has a large number of 5" diameter recessed can bulbs & smaller 2" diameter.  Will this unit work on those?**
A: Although not expensive this is a waste of money. First, the bottom where you are to place a handle is to small. I couldn't find anything to use. I eventually used a small pipe,that I borrowed from my neighbor, with the help of duct tape. I also have the same type of bulbs as you. I broke a 2 inch in the socket and could not get the 5 inchers to turn.I would not recommend this product to anyone. I eventually went out and bought a tall ladder and used my hands.

**Q: Does this work for standard a11 style bulbs**
A: Sorry I don't know what an a11 is.  I have use it on regular shaped light bulbs.  The attachments that came with my pole fit a multitude of different shapes.

**Q: Would this bulb changer  fit a docapole?**
A: Yes!!  I just bought this item and a 24-foot DocaPole, and it fit perfectly.  Even if it didn't fit, you could still duct tape it on.

**Q: How does it hold onto the bulb?**
A: Insert the standard size incandescent bulb to the inlet then the spring expand the bulb goes in and catches the bulb

This is truly the feature of the day! I took it out of the package and 5 minutes later my lightbulb was replaced! Fits a standard round bulb. I put this on a Swiff** pole. The thread diameter is relatively small but the middle pole of Swiff** worked fine. Super fast and easy. How many Amazon customers does it take to change a light bulb? Two!! One to change the lightbulb. The other to say 'Wow!' Ha ha!
