My husband (an actual artist) suggested one of these when I first took an interest in learning to paint and draw and I blew it off, thinking it was not necessary and would probably end up unused in a drawer. I could not have been more wrong. This thing is fabulous! It’s so fast, and so thorough. It comes with a ton of replacements eraser heads, which are super simple to install. It’s cute too. I bought the one in blue for myself and a pink one for a friend who is also dabbling in art. I find color to be very helpful in finding things in a hurry. I only have a small desk to store all my supplies in and finding things quickly is important to me. I put this in a narrow drawer with my other erasers and pencils.
