Anther tip: we think 4 lbs. sugar is too sweet for us, so we use only 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 lbs. Jells perfectly. **Q: What is the difference between Mamade prepared oranges thin cut, and the Marmalade thin cut mix?** A: I think there is only a choice of thin cut and thick cut. I prefer thin. The mix refers to the pulp to make the marmalade....like chocolatde cake mix. **Q: Can the finished product be frozen rather than canned?** A: I don't freeze it. However, I have it in bottles and always follow the instructions and have it sealed tight. It lasts for a long, long, long time!
