Bypass hardware kit?** A: The width of this door is 48 inches. It can be used if the track can be installed with a 48-inch door. **Q: Can this be used for double doors?** A: Yes but 2 of them will only cover about 70 inches. I also purchased a long rail for the 2 doors. The bracket to hang them required holes to be drilled 2 inches down from the top of the door. This happened to be where the screws were that held the door together so I had to drill through 4 metal screws. **Q: Can i use these doors for outside if i use exterior paint on them??** A: Definitely NO!
