The only thing I did have a teensy issue with, and, this is perfectly understandable or to be expected, since they are hard to remove the shells of 100% of the whole lot, when mass produced...is, that out of about every third handful or so, I'd accidentally get one that still had a shell, or part of a hard shell on it. So, when I bit down, while chewing them, I'd almost break a tooth on it. So, just be cautious, and inspect each small handful BEFORE tossing them into your mouth to consume. Otherwise, there are truly awesome if you like pistachios as much as I do. They were fresh, and raw, with no added salt or oils. Perfect. Will buy them again in the future.
