Review: Too Expensive - Yeah, it kept me nutrificated while on a 30 day 'fast', to help give digestive a break, but i could have gotten basically the same ingredients for less- perhaps not the full range, but enough to keep me going during the fast- The taste was ok- I had bought another 'meal drink' that was strong on the fake sugar- and it was not pleasant at all- this one, Absorb Plus, however was very drinkable- My sugar went bonkers during the fast- not because of the drink, but whenever i tried to add calories to the day, so beware that this can and does happen- Some sugar episodes were pretty severe- nearly blacking out, sweating, shaking, feeling wiped out after- Again- nothing to do with the drink- just want folks to be aware that semi elemental diets can be kinda tricky to balance i n the beginning- i figured out what i was doing wrong, and adjusted, and everything was fine- I thought that it would be tough giving up food during the 'fast' but surprisingly it wasn't too bad- I would suggest getting some high quality bone broth to supplement, it helps-

A: One has expiration date 8/21, the other just has manufacturing date, which I now know you add two years. Only downside is once you open it you need to use it within 30 days.

**Q: Can this be heated up, or only allowed cold or room temp?**
A: We advise against mixing the shake with hot water as it will denature the ingredients –only cold or room temperature water.

**Q: Every time that I take Absorb Plus my teeth become very sensitive, have someone else experienced that?**
A: Is it just Absorb Plus you're finding you're having sensitivity with or is it with drinks in general? If you are drinking your shakes cold, you may want to try room temperature spring or filtered water and see if you have the same sensitivity. Let us know!
