Ok: Mayer concedes he's a poor writer (i think he's being a little harsh on himself by whatevs) He's a great researcher, provides a compelling thesis, and gives the reader action steps they can take to put the phosphate factor to the test. This is uncommon. Most books are wishy washy useless cya horseshit on the subject of health. "sensible diet & moderate activity"...yeah, what does that mean? That said, this book will benefit ONLY the reader who will take ownership of what he puts into his mind and his mouth. Do you want to know what the matrix IS? Then take this red pill. If not...

    Excellent advice for preventing and reversing calcified arteries

Mark describes the connection between phosphates and soft-tissue calcification, including hardening of the arteries. Well-researched, with ideas that are supported by studies and by direct experience of the people using his protocols. There are some good suggestions for using the right forms of magnesium to prevent/reverse calcification, suggestions for tracking your progress and making sure everything is working, and links to other good health resources. Easy to read and to use!
