### ⭐ Just Terrible

Well first off I had purchased this for my father, as a Christmas gift and I was so excited, because it looked so nice, with the clear and frosted glass top and built in storage case. But don't be fooled this product was terribly made!!! When he took it out of the box and lied it on the table, he opened the the top and all the sides fell off, like they weren't even attached. Also some of the pieces had chips in them and the felt on the pieces and the bottom of the board came off. My father didn't want to return it and he decided to take it to himself to finish a job. So he put the board together and glued the sides together, but when he tried to do so the wood sides weren't matching up and the cut on them were poorly done because instead of a 90 degree angle, once the two pieces were brought together, it was like 110 degrees. Therefore he had to make a couple cuts on it. If the description had said "Do it yourself, put together chess set" Then i would consider giving this a higher rating. The product had potential but failed in the construction of it and for the price I am very disappointed!! Do Not Buy!!!!
  

### ⭐⭐ Everything was alright....at first

Everything seemed perfect at first, there was even no scratches on the glass. It even arrived as early as it could. However, after touching the black pieces I found small black specs all over my hands. Now the biggest problem I have with this is, as soon as I went to close the lid, the bottom side (where the second part of the latch is) fell off! Now I have to glue it back together somehow. -_- I can certainly say I did not expect that to happen.

Smaller than I expected, and a bit on the cheaper looking side.The board is cute for show on a side table, not great for consistent use.
