This is not my first strap but it's definitely the best strap I have. I do not understand how I managed so far without the padded handle. It improves the training in a way that cannot be described. Every stretch I do just does not hurt anymore. This posture corrector works great. This keeps me upright and straight, especially during long work hours with computer. It really straightens shoulders and back! No more problem with round shoulders. I love using this. Definitely a great product!My previous straps I had were not pleasant and rubbed my arms and back. Now it's a completely different experience. The door anchor is genius!
