Trying to break automotive glass with a lightweight knife is pretty dangerous and difficult but you won't have that problem with this knife. Its assisted opening mechanism is extremely smooth, slower than similar designs and lacking the *snap* that's common in this type of assisted opening knife. In my experience the snappier the mechanism, the more likely it is to wear out and get loose. The blade is well oiled and very sharp, with the mineral oil smell and feel of a new pack of straight razors. In fact it's sharper than it looks, the bevel giving it a deceptively blunted look that you ought to be mindful of, lest you lop open your finger while testing the blade. Aside from the goofy skull motif this is the perfect EDC pocket knife. The pocket clip is a little shorter than I prefer but it's snug and stiff. If you're looking for a good sharp EDC with an easy opening blade and a comforting heft in the handle, this is your knife.
