As I age I realize that strength training is so important to overall health. I use this in place of heavy weights that are so expensive. If i want more resistance, i just choke up on the band. I have had mine for several years and it works as well as the day I bought it. So you have to get used to the tight pull, once you find your groove it's smooth sailing. I used this new band for both upper body and standing and looping band under my shoe for lower body squats and lunges. A handy workout card is included. Quality of band is good, I was able to get and keep a good grip on the band and did not fear it was going to snap.
