I always keep a backup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magic in a bottle *by A***R on May 23, 2025* Awesome Product. With discipline and a low carb diet I’ve dropped two pants size. Most days I don’t have much of an appetite and this helps. I’ll have instant oats with a cup of tea and maybe two boiled eggs at 9am and won’t eat again until maybe 2pm and that’s all for the day because I feel so full. I’ll force myself to eat a yogurt for dinner or such. It also cuts the sugar cravings. I take two pills with each meal and I now cut that to two pills every other day with one heavy meal or so for maintenance purposes. Now on my third bottle and definitely recommend!
