Once connected use the Avatar Recovery Disk and F9 to install the OS. Once installed you can format the other drive. **Q: Does it come with Office Word, Power-point AND Excel?** A: Unfortunately not; The unit does not come with any sort of bloatware (trial software) or full versions of the Office Suite.
