**Q: Is there a built-in power in the Flexpack Pro/Go?**
A: Our backpack does not contain a mobile power bank. However, we designed a pocket which is specifically made to house a portable power bank.

A: Peoples Republic of China

**Q: Is there a built-in power in the Flexpack Pro/Go?**
A: No, you need to provide the power bank. 
It only has a dedicated internal pocket where you can plug your power bank and then be able to use the external usb port. 

Try to get a power bank that doesn’t need to be turned on, otherwise you’re going to need to open your bag, turn on the power bank in order to use the external usb port.

**Q: You have used pictures showing zippers in the straps.  Please use correct product photos.  Also you do not say it is slash proof as a safety feature?**
A: I believe it's not easily cut but I'd say it's not slashed proof since it's not mentioned anywhere in the campaign or website like other backpacks.
