Research shows their having no chemicals used in the decaf process.so, whatever decaf you look for, be certain to look for a Swiss Water decaf processing. Peets is robust and rich in flavor. Causes no damage to my stomach. I love it. Hubby still is drinking Gevalia. **Q: Is this coffee naturally decaffeniated?** A: This special process uses natural carbon dioxide, the same substance that creates the bubbles in soda water or carbonated beverages.
