Bought to test HOA pool......Provided more information that I knew I needed. Easy to administer and read against the provided chart. Results were dead on.

Very accurate test strips. I compared them to my kit where you put drops in the water container. I found that other test strips are not accurate. Such as the clorox brand. Reading with those will always be off. Because they are always wanting you to buy chemicals that you do not need. Will buy this one every year!

I liked that these were dated, and the expiration date on the outside of the box made me think these would be good for almost 2 years. However, the instructions went on to say that its best to use the strips within 90 days after opening the container. I usually only test the pool once or twice a week, so after 90 days I'll still have 75 strips that will be wasted. This tells me that these are better suited for a professional who monitors many pools at a time. Another issue is that the "Total Chlorine" test scale is way too high (0- 1000 ppm.) It should be roughly the same range as Free Chlorine (0-20 ppm) so that you can calculate the amount of Combined Chlorine present. The first increment on the scale is 50 ppm and I don't think you'll ever see your Total Chlorine that high. Otherwise, they seem high quality, agree pretty well with my standard liquid test kit and are much more convenient to use, hence I give it 4 stars.

This inconsistency makes it difficult to effectively maintain and balance the pool or spa water. Furthermore, the quality of the test strips is subpar, as they are falling apart easily. The strips are fragile and tend to break or tear when dipped into the water or handled. This not only affects the accuracy of the results but also adds inconvenience and frustration during the testing process. Considering the price of the product, it is simply not worth the investment. The affordability of having 100 test strips initially seems appealing, but when the accuracy and durability are compromised, it diminishes the overall value. I would have expected a higher level of quality and performance given the price point. While the instructions suggest that the testing process is quick and easy, my experience has been quite the opposite. The color chart provided on the bottle is not always clear and can be difficult to interpret accurately. It takes longer than expected to obtain reliable results, which defeats the purpose of having a convenient testing solution. The inclusion of a free e-book is a nice gesture; however, it does not compensate for the shortcomings of the test strips themselves. The additional information provided in the e-book does little to improve the overall experience or address the issues with accuracy and durability. In terms of usage tips, the instructions recommend keeping the strips away from moisture and closing the cap tightly between uses. Despite following these instructions diligently, the strips still deteriorated quickly, further highlighting the lack of quality and longevity. Overall, I cannot recommend the Pool and Spa Test Strips. The inconsistent results, poor durability, and overall lack of value make this product a disappointment. I would advise seeking alternative testing options that offer more accurate and reliable results, even if it means investing in a slightly higher-priced option.

Me han resultado muy útiles para controlar de forma rápida el estado del agua de la piscina. Son muy fáciles de utilizar y en pocos segundos permiten comprobar diferentes parámetros, algo que ayuda mucho a mantener el agua en buenas condiciones sin tener que hacerlo a ojo. Me gusta especialmente la comodidad de poder hacer una revisión frecuente y ajustar los productos necesarios antes de que aparezcan problemas. Las indicaciones son sencillas de interpretar y el formato resulta muy práctico para tenerlas siempre a mano. Para el mantenimiento habitual de la piscina me parecen una herramienta imprescindible. Han cumplido perfectamente con lo que esperaba y volvería a comprarlas.

Die im Starter-Set enthaltenen Stäbchen waren nicht wirklich aussagekräftig. Nach einer längeren Suche bin ich dann über diese Teststreifen gestoßen. Alle wichtigen Werte sind dort enthalten und können ganz einfach bestimmt werden. Nach Erhalt wurden diese umgehend getestet. Dose auf, Stäbchen eingetaucht, kurz gewartet und abgelesen. Alles sehr einfach und schnell. Sehr gut finde ich, dass die Skala einen Soll-Bereich anzeigt, indem die Wasserqualität liegen sollte. Die vereinfacht alles und man erhält sofort eine Tendenz. Sollte ein Wert aus dem Ruder laufen erkennt man schnell, welcher dies ist und kann so zeitnah reagieren. Natürlich habe ich am Anfang 3 Stäbchen nacheinander getestet. Ich wollte wissen, ob die Ergebnisse reproduzierbar sind oder jedes Stäbchen einen anderen Wert zeigt. Alle zeigten das gleiche Ergebnis. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe nun, für meinen Teil, die Test-Stäbchen meines Vertrauens gefunden.
